Information we collect
We collect minimal information:
- Contact form submissions — name, email, subject, and message — used only to respond to your inquiry.
- Hub account data — for authenticated Amila members: email, name, role, and department — stored in Supabase and used only to operate the internal Hub.
- Basic analytics — via Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous page view data. No cookies are set.
How we use your information
We use contact form data only to reply to your message. Hub member data is used solely to provide access to internal tools and communications. We do not sell, share, or trade any personal information.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in email for up to 12 months. Hub member accounts are retained while the member is active in the Amila. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

- Supabase — for Hub member data and document storage
- Resend — for transactional email delivery
